Fujitsu announces board nominees, including new independent directors

Fujitsu Limited (TSE:6702) announced its nominations for the Board of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board, subject to approval at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on June 23, 2025. The nominations include the reappointment of Takahito Tokita as Representative Director and CEO, and Takeshi Isobe as Representative Director and CFO. New independent director appointments include Izumi Kobayashi, currently an outside director at OMRON Corporation. Several current board members will retire, including Chiaki Mukai. The company highlighted the diverse skill set of the proposed board, emphasizing expertise in areas such as corporate management, finance, technology, and ESG. These changes are in line with Fujitsu's corporate governance policy.
