Keihanshin Building acquires logistics warehouse in Komaki City

Keihanshin Building Co., Ltd. (TSE:8818) announced today the acquisition of a logistics warehouse in Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture, as part of its Long-Term Business Plan to achieve a balanced asset portfolio. The acquired property, a room temperature warehouse, offers approximately 10,708.41 sqm (3,239.29 tsubo) of total floor space and is leased to a single tenant. Situated about 1 km from Komaki Interchange, connecting major expressways, the location is advantageous for both long-distance and local transportation. The land area of the property is 9,740.44 sqm (2,946.48 tsubo). Keihanshin Building believes the investment will enhance corporate value and provide a competitive edge in the logistics warehouse market. The acquisition was finalized on March 25, 2025.
