Totech Corp appoints Kaoru Koyama as new president

Totech Corporation announced today that Kaoru Koyama will assume the role of Representative Director and President, effective April 1, 2025. Koyama, currently serving as Senior Managing Executive Officer and Head of Technology, will succeed Kiyotaka Kaneko, who will step down to become a Director. Concurrently, Chairman Katsumi Nagao will transition to Chairman. The company stated the leadership change aims to strengthen the management structure and accelerate growth initiatives while building a sustainable business model. Koyama's career with Totech spans several roles, including head of the Osaka branch and various executive positions overseeing instrumentation. As of today, Koyama holds 143,409 shares in Totech Corporation.
