Genki Sushi names new president, raises dividend on strong performance

Genki Sushi (TSE: 9828) will instate Mitsuzo Fujio as the new Representative Director and President, effective April 1, 2025. Fujio, previously a Director, succeeds Kodo Higashinaka, who will step down from his Representative Director and President role. Fujio brings experience from Shinmei Holdings and Tokyo Chuo Seika. Additionally, Yasuyuki Suzuki will retire as an Executive Officer at the next general shareholder's meeting.
