Nomura Research Institute announces director resignation

Nomura Research Institute (NRI) today announced that Go Kakutsugu Anzai will resign as Representative Director, effective April 1, 2025. Anzai currently holds the position of Director and serves as Executive Officer, responsible for the Corporate Sector. The decision was reported at today's board meeting. Anzai is expected to retire as Director at the conclusion of the ordinary general shareholders meeting scheduled for late June 2025, and will assume the position of advisor.
