Toyo Securities to book $11m gain, raises dividend

Toyo Securities (TSE:8614) announced it expects to record ¥1,117 million (approximately $11 million) in extraordinary profit from the sale of investment securities. The sales occurred between February 4 and March 14, 2025, and included shares from four companies, including one partially sold from a prior announcement in September 2024. This brings the total expected extraordinary profit for the fiscal year to ¥2,247 million. The company is strategically strengthening its financial position and improving asset efficiency.
