MS&AD units file progress report to Financial Services Agency

Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance (MSI) and Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance (ADI), both subsidiaries of MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings (TSE:8725), have filed a progress report concerning their Business Improvement Plan to the FSA. The report is in response to administrative actions issued by the FSA on December 26, 2023. MS&AD expressed sincere apologies for concerns and inconvenience caused to customers and stakeholders. The company said it will supervise the implementation of business improvements with the goal of preventing recurrence and regaining trust.
