Broadleaf increases FY2025 dividend forecast by 25%

Broadleaf (TSE:3673) has revised its dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025, the company announced in a statement dated March 14, 2025. The company is increasing both its interim and year-end dividend forecast from ¥2.00 to ¥2.50 per share. This brings the total annual dividend to ¥5.00 per share, a ¥1.00 increase from the previous forecast. The decision, based on the company's policy of prioritizing shareholder returns, was made in light of the company’s recent financial performance. Broadleaf expects its consolidated dividend payout ratio to reach 44.9% as a result of this increase.
