Raksul raises earnings forecast, increases dividend after Hacobell stake sale

Raksul (TSE:4384) has revised its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending July 2025, alongside an increase in its dividend forecast. The company expects revenues of ¥61 billion to ¥63 billion with net profit attributable to owners increasing to ¥2.48 billion ~ ¥2.78 billion, compared to previous forecasts. This revision is primarily due to recording extraordinary income from the partial transfer of shares in its subsidiary, Hacobell, announced on January 31, 2025.
