Japan Airport Terminal announces executive lineup changes

Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. (TSE:9706) announced its executive structure effective April 1, 2025, and the proposed slate of board members following the scheduled June 2025 shareholders meeting. Current Representative Director, President and COO Nobuaki Yokota will remain in his position. Key changes include the planned appointment of Ichiro Takahashi as Executive Officer. Other key executive appointments and responsibilities across various departments, including terminal operations, finance, and sustainability, have also been defined. The final list of Board nominees (excluding board audit & supervisory committee members) and the candidates for the Audit and Supervisory Committee are subject to the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting.
