Happinet announces shareholder benefits for fiscal year 2025

Happinet Corporation (TSE:7552) announced its shareholder benefits program for the fiscal year 2025, providing shareholders with over 100 shares as of March 31, 2025, exclusive catalog merchandise. Shareholders owning between 100 and 500 shares will receive one item from the catalog, while those holding 500 to under 1,000 shares will be entitled to two catalog items plus ¥2,000 worth of children's gift certificates. Stockholders with 1,000 shares or more will receive three catalog items and ¥5,000 in gift certificates. The shareholder benefits catalogs will be mailed in early June, with products shipped sequentially after selection.
