Stanley Electric announces board changes effective April 1, 2025

Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. (TSE:6923) revealed key changes to its board of directors and audit & supervisory board members. Effective April 1, 2025, Kazuki Takano will remain as Senior Managing Director, retaining the Chief Sales Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer roles, alongside his role as Chief American Business Officer. Keisuke Ueda continues as Managing Director but transitions to Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Tatsuaki Tomeoka remains a Director, now serving as Chief Production Officer and Chief Chinese Business Officer. Satoshi Oki is set to retire as Director after the 120th ordinary general meeting. Changes to the supervisory board are also anticipated following the meeting.
