Oiles Corp: New major shareholder following self-stock acquisition

Oiles Corporation (TSE: 6282) announced today, March 6, 2025, that Tokyo Small and Medium Enterprise Investment & Incubation Co., Ltd. has become a new major shareholder. The change is a result of Oiles' acquisition of its own shares, increasing the relative proportion of other shareholders' voting rights. As of March 6, 2025, Tokyo Small and Medium Enterprise Investment & Incubation Co., Ltd. holds 29,664 voting rights, representing 10.00% of the total, ranking them second among major shareholders, an increase from 9.99% and its previous #2 ranking. Oiles stated that this change will have no impact on the company's business performance.
