Comsys Holdings completes share repurchase program

Comsys Holdings finalized its share repurchase activities on March 5, 2025, following the board's decision in November 2024. During the period from March 1, 2025, to March 5, 2025, the company acquired 49,500 shares for a total of ¥159,224,400 through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This concludes the share repurchase initiative authorized on November 8, 2024. Cumulatively, from the date of the board resolution until March 5, 2025, Comsys Holdings repurchased 930,200 of its own shares at a total cost of ¥2,999,884,100. The initial resolution allowed for the repurchase of up to 1.2 million shares, capped at a total acquisition cost of ¥3 billion, between November 11, 2024, and March 31, 2025.
