Fuji Media Holdings announces committee member change

Fuji Media Holdings (TSE: 4676) announced changes to its Third-Party Committee, which was established on January 23, 2025. On March 3, 2025, committee member Masahiro Terada resigned due to personal reasons. Subsequently, on March 4, 2025, the committee appointed attorney Toshiaki Yamaguchi (from Yamaguchi Toshiaki Law Office), who possesses no conflict of interest with the company or Fuji Television Network and brings extensive experience in forensic investigations, audit committees, and corporate governance. The Third-Party Committee has assured Fuji Media Holdings that these changes will not compromise the integrity or progress of its ongoing investigation. The company and Fuji Television Network will continue to fully cooperate with the Third-Party Committee's investigation.
