Sega Sammy announces director and executive changes

Sega Sammy Holdings (TSE:6460) announced key changes to its board and executive teams across Sega Sammy Holdings, Sega Corporation, and Sammy Corporation. Effective April 1, 2025, Takaharu Kato will become Senior Vice President, Executive Officer and Managing Director of IT Solution Division for Sega Sammy Holdings. At Sega Corporation, Tatsuyuki Miyazaki is promoted to Senior Vice President and Director of the Board in charge of Global Product Operation Division. Additionally, Kenichi Tokumura will retire from his position as Senior Vice President and Director of the Board at Sammy Corporation. The announcement also detailed the updated management systems for each entity.
