MS&AD Group announces leadership changes, new director appointments

MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings (TSE:8725) announced a series of executive and board changes, signaling a strategic realignment within the company. Shigeo Kudo, currently Director and Senior Executive Officer of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance, will be appointed Representative Director and Executive Vice President of MS&AD, pending shareholder approval in June 2025. Tetsuji Higuchi will resign from Representative Director and Executive Vice President of MS&AD, assuming the role of Director and Executive Officer. Keisuke Niiro will be appointed director and executive officer of Ms&Ad Insurance Group.
