Concordia Financial Group to cancel 23m shares

Concordia Financial Group announced today its decision to cancel 23,000,000 shares of its own common stock. The resolution was passed at a board meeting held on February 26, 2025, in accordance with Article 178 of the Companies Act. The cancellation represents 1.96% of the company's outstanding shares before the cancellation. The scheduled date for the cancellation is March 10, 2025. Following the cancellation, the total number of the company's outstanding shares will be 1,144,616,065.
