Anicom Holdings to cancel 6.37m shares

Anicom Holdings announced today that its board of directors has resolved to cancel 6,370,000 shares of its own common stock. The cancellation, based on Article 178 of the Companies Act, will reduce the company's outstanding shares by 7.83%. The effective date for the cancellation is set for March 31, 2025.
