Alfresa Holdings to cancel 11.54m shares

Alfresa Holdings Corporation announced that its board of directors has resolved to cancel 11,540,000 shares of its own common stock, a move approved at a board meeting held on February 26, 2025. The cancellation, which represents approximately 5.7% of the company's outstanding shares prior to the cancellation, is scheduled for March 14, 2025. Following the cancellation, the total number of outstanding shares will be 191,300,000. As of February 21, 2025, the company held 21,051,186 shares of its own stock, inclusive of 414,832 shares held by the Board Incentive Plan (BIP) trust account. This cancellation is based on Article 178 of the Companies Act.
