Inaba Denkisangyo to appoint new representative director

Inaba Denkisangyo announced today that Masayuki Tamagaki will be appointed as the new Representative Director, effective June 20, 2025, pending approval at the upcoming general shareholders meeting and board of directors meeting. The change aims to foster growth and facilitate the succession of the business to the next generation. Current Representative Director, Tsuguhito Moriya, will step down from his position as Representative Director and remain as Chairman, while Representative Director, Keiichi Kita, will become a Director. Tamagaki, born in 1964 and currently serving as Executive Officer, brings extensive experience within the company since joining in 1987, including roles in the E-Tech Division and product development.
