Persol Holdings' Q3 profit jumps 22.7%, revenue up 9.6%

Persol Holdings reported a 22.7% surge in profit to ¥32.545 billion for the nine months ended December 31, 2024, compared to ¥26.528 billion in the prior year. Revenue increased 9.6% year-over-year to ¥1,086.213 billion. Operating profit rose 18.3% to ¥48.420 billion. Adjusted EBITDA climbed 21.3% to ¥64.819 billion, driven primarily by the staffing and career strategic business units. Basic earnings per share increased to ¥14.00 from ¥11.12.
