Chubu Shiryo appoints Fujita as new president

Chubu Shiryo (TSE: 2053) announced today a change in its representative director, with current Representative Director and President Harunobu Hirano resigning due to health concerns. Kyochi Fujita, currently the Representative Director and Vice President, will assume the role of Representative Director and President on March 1, 2025. Additionally, a series of personnel changes will take effect on April 1, 2025, including the promotion of Toshihiro Ito to Representative Director and Vice President and Kazuo Zenya to Managing Director. Key executive roles, such as factory managers and department heads, will also see changes. Fujita holds 68,600 shares in the company as of the announcement. The new board and auditor structure will be confirmed at the general shareholders meeting scheduled for late June 2025.
