BayCurrent Consulting names new president, chairman shift

BayCurrent Consulting (TSE: 6532) revealed that Daisuke Kitakaze will assume the role of President, succeeding Yoshiyuki Abe, who will become Chairman. The decision, made by the board of directors after consulting with the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, aims to bolster sustainable growth and enhance corporate value. Kitakaze, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Account Management, joined the company in 2009 and has held various executive positions. The change will become official following approval of the director appointment at the scheduled shareholders' meeting in May 2025 and a subsequent board meeting. As of August 2024, Kitakaze holds 301,090 shares in BayCurrent Consulting. Abe will relinquish his role as Representative Director upon assuming the chairmanship.
