State Street becomes substantial holder in Perenti Limited

State Street Corporation and its subsidiaries collectively became a substantial holder in Perenti Limited (ASX:PRN) on December 19, 2025. The group now holds a relevant interest in 49,749,031 ordinary shares, representing 5.29% of the company's total voting power.

The relevant interest is held through various entities, including State Street Global Advisors (Japan) Co., Ltd., State Street Global Advisors Europe Limited, State Street Bank and Trust Company, and State Street Global Advisors, Australia, Limited. These entities act as investment managers or trustees, exercising control over voting rights and the disposal of securities.

State Street Bank and Trust Company also holds a relevant interest through collateral securities in a securities lending authorization agreement. The acquisitions detailed in Annexure A occurred between August 19, 2025, and December 19, 2025, primarily through cash considerations.
