Soul Patts' voting power in Aeris Resources diluted after new share issuance

Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited (Soul Patts) and its subsidiaries have reported a change in their substantial holding in Aeris Resources Limited, with their voting power decreasing from 26.44% to 25.38%. This adjustment follows the issuance of 47,968,834 new shares by Aeris Resources Limited, announced on 23 December 2025.

Despite the reduction in percentage voting power, the number of votes held by Soul Patts remains constant at 303,815,280 ordinary shares. The change reflects the dilution caused by the new share issuance rather than a divestment of shares.

Soul Patts Holdings Pty Limited and WHSP Holdings Pty Limited hold the relevant interest, pursuant to sections 608(1)(a) and 608(1)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
