Share dilution reduces Soul Patts' voting power in Aeris Resources

Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited (Soul Patts) and its subsidiaries have reported a change in their substantial holding in Aeris Resources Limited (AIS), with their voting power decreasing from 26.44% to 25.38%. This change occurred on December 23, 2025, following the issuance of 47,968,834 new ordinary shares by AIS, as announced on the ASX.

Despite the reduction in percentage, Soul Patts' total number of votes held in Aeris Resources Limited remains unchanged at 303,815,280 ordinary shares. The dilution is solely attributed to the increase in Aeris's total ordinary shares on issue, which now stands at 1,197,168,782. The previous notice of substantial holding was given on November 10, 2025.
