Perpetual Equity Investment Company updates NTA figures

Perpetual Equity Investment Company Limited (PIC) announced its Net Tangible Asset (NTA) backing per share as of December 23, 2025. The NTA before tax was reported at $1.280 per ordinary share, while the NTA after tax stood at $1.250 per ordinary share.

These figures, provided by Perpetual Investment Management Limited, are unaudited and approximate. The difference between the before and after tax numbers is attributed to provisions for deferred tax on unrealised gains and losses within PIC's investment portfolio.
