HMC Capital Group increases stake in Lifestyle Communities

HMC Capital Partners Holdings Pty Ltd, as trustee for the HMC Capital Partners Holdings Trust and on behalf of the HMC Capital Group, has increased its substantial holding in Lifestyle Communities Ltd. The group's voting power rose from 9.36% to 10.36%, representing an increase in votes from 11,390,698 to 12,608,823 fully paid ordinary LIC shares.

The change in interest occurred on 24/12/2025, with the previous notice given on 11/12/2024. The adjustments reflect various on-market acquisitions and a sale of shares. Notably, a sale of 520,000 shares occurred on 19/02/2025 at A$10.00 per share, while numerous acquisitions were made between 26/08/2025 and 24/12/2025, with prices ranging from A$5.12 to A$5.71 per share.

Key acquisitions included 312,121 shares on 27/08/2025 at A$5.21 per share and 162,964 shares on 03/12/2025 at A$5.57 per share. HMCCPH directly holds a relevant interest in 12,608,823 shares, with each member of the HMC Capital Group having a relevant interest by reason of being an associate of HMCCPH.
