Elanor extends Rockworth alliance timeline, EGM and results delayed

Elanor Investors Group has extended the sunset date for dispatching the Notice of Meeting to securityholders to January 9, 2026, for its strategic alliance with Rockworth Capital Partners. This extension facilitates ongoing efforts to progress statutory lodgements, including the recent FY24 AGM and upcoming HY25 accounts and audited FY25 results. The sunset date for the transaction's completion remains March 31, 2026.

The Notice of Meeting, Explanatory Memorandum, and Independent Expert Report are now anticipated to be dispatched in early January 2026, with the EGM expected in early February 2026. Elanor is also working with Keyview to extend covenant milestones under the Keyview Facility Agreement to support the transaction's completion.

Elanor is preparing to release its HY25 results and Appendix 4D in the coming weeks, with the FY25 results, Appendix 4E, and Annual Report expected to be finalised by the end of January 2026. Following the finalisation of FY25 financial results, lodgement of documents, and EGM approval, Elanor will seek to lift the suspension of its securities from the ASX.
