UniSuper boosts stake in Qube holdings to 11.09%

UniSuper Limited, acting as trustee for UniSuper and UniSuper Management Pty Limited, has altered its substantial holding in Qube Holdings Limited. The change occurred on December 19, 2025, with UniSuper's voting power in Qube Holdings Limited rising from 9.95% to 11.09%. This represents an increase in votes from 176,015,791 to 196,307,067.

The majority of this change stems from on-market purchases of 21,039,165 ordinary fully paid securities. These transactions took place between November 28, 2025, and December 19, 2025, with considerations totaling AUD 74,472,130.

Additionally, some adjustments were noted from on-market sales. UniSuper recorded sales from the RQI Australian Long/Short Fund totaling 96,266 fully paid ordinary/units stapled securities on December 1, 2025, and a sale from the Pendal Australian Long/Short Fund of 651,623 fully paid ordinary/units stapled securities on December 9, 2025.
