Substantial holders boost stake in Humm Group

Jeremy Michael Kersten Raper, Collins St Asset Management Pty Ltd as trustee for Collins St Value Fund, and Garry Roy Sladden have increased their combined substantial holding in Humm Group Limited from 8.36% to 9.32%. This change occurred between December 18 and December 22, 2025.
