Tanarra entities significantly boost stake in Bapcor Limited to 15.68%

Tanarra Capital Australia Pty Ltd, alongside its associated entities (Tanarra Entities), has become a more substantial holder in Bapcor Limited, increasing its voting power from 11.76% to 15.68%. This change occurred on December 18, 2025, following a series of acquisitions on the ASX. The previous notification of holding was given on December 12, 2025.

The increase in voting power represents an acquisition of an additional 13,284,053 ordinary shares, bringing Tanarra Entities' total votes to 53,205,592. Key acquisitions included 614,263 shares for AUD 1,045,805.71 on December 16, 2025; 1,000,000 shares for AUD 1,764,473.33 on December 17, 2025; and 1,830,310 shares for AUD 3,627,010.35 on December 18, 2025. The largest single acquisition was 9,529,708 ordinary shares for AUD 19,977,231.14 on December 19, 2025, followed by 309,772 shares for AUD 632,300.65 on December 22, 2025.

The present relevant interests are held through various registered holders including J.P. Morgan Nominees Australia Limited, State Street Australia Limited, and Citigroup Pty Limited, collectively holding 53,205,592 ordinary shares. Tanarra Group Pty Ltd maintains control over the entities listed in Annexure A and their respective relevant interests.
