Infratil secures inaugural investment grade credit rating from S&P Global

Infratil Limited announced it has received an inaugural issuer investment grade BBB+ credit rating with a stable outlook from S&P Global Ratings. This rating acknowledges Infratil's stable funding, substantial permanent capital, and strong investment performance track record.

Andrew Carroll, Infratil's chief financial officer, stated that the rating is a key milestone, enabling the company to broaden funding options, enhance borrowing terms, and reduce financing costs. After nearly three decades of funding support, Infratil's scale and this rating are expected to provide access to new debt markets and strengthen its capacity for future growth.

This is an issuer credit rating for Infratil Limited, and no specific issue credit rating has been obtained for its Infrastructure Bonds quoted on the NZX.
