Abercrombie Group boosts stake in Humm Group

The Abercrombie Group Pty Ltd, acting as trustee for the Philadelphia Trust and the AJ Abercrombie Superannuation Fund, along with Andrew Abercrombie, has increased its substantial holding in Humm Group Limited. The group's voting power rose from 26.42% (130,955,600 votes) to 29.19% (145,955,600 votes). This change was reported on December 18, 2025.

The increase in holdings was due to several on-market purchases by The Abercrombie Group Pty Ltd atf the Philadelphia Trust. These acquisitions included 1,113,460 ordinary shares for $808,294.02 on December 17, 2025; 11,998,222 ordinary shares for $8,757,910.18 on December 18, 2025; and 1,888,318 ordinary shares for $1,377,114.44 on December 19, 2025.

Post-change, Tefig Pty Ltd, as trustee for the AJ Abercrombie Superannuation Fund, now holds 40,000,000 ordinary shares. The Abercrombie Group Pty Ltd, atf the Philadelphia Trust, maintains a registered holding of 105,955,600 ordinary shares. Andrew Abercrombie directly and indirectly controls 145,955,600 votes through his directorships and beneficiary status.
