SHAPE finalizes Arden Group acquisition, boosting retail presence

SHAPE Australia Corporation Limited announced on Friday, December 19, 2025, the completion of its acquisition of the business and assets of Arden Group. This acquisition, initially announced on November 12, 2025, met all necessary conditions precedent, integrating a national retail fitout and facilities maintenance specialist into SHAPE's operations.

According to SHAPE chief executive Peter Marix-Evans, the acquisition strengthens SHAPE's national footprint and provides opportunities to expand market share in new sectors across Australia. Arden's expertise in retail multi-site fitout and facilities maintenance is expected to complement SHAPE's growth and diversification strategy, aligning with its values and culture.
