Scentre Group director's security holdings change after performance rights vest

Elliott Chaim Aaron Rusanow, a director of Scentre Group, has reported a change in his relevant interests in the company's securities, effective December 15, 2025. This change follows the vesting of 957,608 performance rights under Scentre Group's Performance Rights Plan, with nil consideration.

As a result of this vesting, 994,583 ordinary securities were acquired. Post-change, Rusanow now directly holds 994,583 ordinary securities and 3,164,812 performance rights. His indirect holdings through Tellammy Pty Ltd <Tellammy Family A/C> remain unchanged at 2,016,843 ordinary securities. The transaction involved the transfer of securities to Rusanow upon the vesting of these performance rights.
