New Zealand Coastal Seafoods to be delisted from ASX

New Zealand Coastal Seafoods Limited (NZS) will be removed from the ASX Official List, effective from the commencement of trading on Friday, December 19, 2025. This action follows a continuous two-year suspension of its securities from trading.

The removal announcement coincides with the disclosure of meeting results from December 18, 2025, where shareholders passed all 15 proposed resolutions. Key resolutions included the adoption of the remuneration report, election of Melinda Orrock, approval of a 7.1A Mandate, and a change of company name.

Additionally, shareholders approved several resolutions related to the issuance of shares. These included shares in lieu of payment to Peter Chai and Melinda Orrock, as well as shares upon conversion of convertible notes for various entities and individuals such as Robyn Chandler, SSJE Super Pty Ltd, Darren and Annie Ford (Ford Superannuation Fund), Chris Chandler, Ilwella Pty Ltd, Offelbar Pty Ltd, and Riverfort Global Capital Lrd. An approval for the issuance of shares under a placement was also passed.
