Domino's Pizza Enterprises details FY25 sustainability progress, challenges

Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited (DPE) has released its FY25 Sustainability Report, detailing key achievements and strategic focuses for the year ended 29 June 2025. The company finalized its double materiality assessment and implemented People Safety quarterly audits across Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and Taiwan. DPE also transitioned to STAR audits for store evaluations and released a Global Packaging Strategy aimed at reducing the carbon footprint of its pizza boxes.

In FY25, DPE's total gross greenhouse gas emissions reached 1.5 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent, with an overall 35% increase in operational emissions primarily due to enhanced data collection. Franchisee profitability remained steady at AUD 94,700, though further progress is needed to reach the AUD 130,000 target.

Regarding social metrics, DPE reported two work-related fatalities in FY25, involving delivery riders in the Netherlands and Japan, prompting enhanced safety measures. The company maintained a 0% median base salary gender pay gap in Australia, though the median total remuneration gap increased slightly to 3.1%. DPE continues to pursue its commitment to cage-free eggs, making significant progress in its European markets in FY25.
