Betmakers to quote new shares from converted performance rights

Betmakers Technology Group Ltd announced its application for the quotation of 1,688,000 new ordinary fully paid securities on the ASX. These additional shares result from the exercise or conversion of existing performance rights, with the issue date set for December 19, 2025. This move will increase the total number of ordinary fully paid securities on issue to 1,120,282,275.

The conversion of these performance rights was satisfied by an issue of new securities, which were granted under an employee incentive scheme. The company noted that the underlying securities are intended to be quoted by ASX. These new securities will rank equally in all respects with the existing issued securities in the same class from their issue date.

While no cash consideration was provided for these shares, Betmakers estimated the value of the consideration per security to be AUD 0.190000. Following this quotation, the company will still have 85,593,200 performance rights and 900,000 service rights unquoted.
