Bennelong funds management pares stake in Breville group

Bennelong Funds Management Group Pty Ltd, along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, has reduced its substantial holding in Breville Group Limited. The change occurred on December 17, 2025.

The total voting power held by Bennelong Funds Management Group has decreased from 7.1797% to 5.8364%. This reduction translates to a change in the number of ordinary shares held, from 10,398,628 to 8,453,055.

The change in relevant interests involved sales of 1,945,573 shares on market at prices ranging from $28.54 to $31.65. Following these transactions, Bennelong Funds Management Group Pty Ltd holds 8,301,734 shares through Citi and 151,321 shares through Northern Trust.
