Pinnacle group exits substantial shareholder status in Bapcor

Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited and its subsidiaries have ceased to be a substantial holder in Bapcor Ltd as of December 11, 2025. The last notice provided by the group was on September 11, 2025, with an effective date of September 8, 2025.

The divestment involved a series of disposals of Ordinary Fully Paid securities throughout late 2025. Notable disposals include 70,466 securities for an approximate consideration of -$178,631.31 on October 23, 2025, and a larger transaction on December 11, 2025, where 253,612 securities were disposed of for approximately -$460,457.95.
