Gentrack sets director nomination deadline, plans virtual shareholder meeting

Gentrack Group Limited has announced that the closing date for director nominations is Tuesday, January 6, 2026. All nominations must be received by Gentrack Group Limited on or before this date, New Zealand Time (NZT).

The Annual Meeting of Shareholders (ASM) for Gentrack will be held virtually on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 10 am (NZT). This decision reflects the global nature of the business and the geographical spread of its key executives and board members, many of whom are located in the United Kingdom or Australia. Gentrack notes that significant cost and logistical challenges would arise from in-person attendance for these individuals. The majority of Gentrack's shareholders are based in New Zealand, Australia, or the United Kingdom.

Nominations must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the ASM, accompanied by a brief resume and written consent from the nominee.
