AMP completes redemption of capital notes 2

AMP Limited announced today, December 16, 2025, the redemption of all AMP Capital Notes 2. This follows a redemption notice issued to holders on November 6, 2025, and means there are no further Capital Notes 2 on issue.

All Capital Notes 2 holders on record as of December 4, 2025, have received the face value of A$100 per Capital Note 2. Additionally, a final distribution of A$1.8508 per Capital Note 2 was paid out today.
