King Salmon sets date for annual meeting

New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) will host its annual shareholders' meeting on February 18, 2026. The hybrid event will allow shareholders to attend both online and in person at the Rutherford Hotel in Nelson. Further specifics, including the exact time, will be provided in the notice of meeting, slated for release in January 2026.

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is set for Thursday, January 8, 2026. All nominations must be submitted by 5:00 pm on this date and must come from a shareholder eligible to attend and vote at the annual shareholders' meeting.
