Soul Patts director granted performance rights, stake in Peninsula Energy declines

Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited (Soul Patts) director Todd James Barlow has been granted 121,884 unquoted performance rights under the company's rights plan, following shareholder approval on September 10, 2025. These rights are subject to vesting hurdles to be tested in 2028 and disposal restrictions extending to 2034. While the total number of ordinary shares held by Mr. Barlow remains unchanged at 574,976, 1,907 shares were re-classified across his direct and indirect holdings. His direct holdings are 213,673 shares, and indirect holdings total 361,303 shares via Citicorp Nominees Pty Limited as trustee.

Concurrently, Soul Patts' substantial holding in Peninsula Energy Limited has decreased from 6.66% (25,197,967 shares) to 5.10% (20,794,099 shares), as of December 10, 2025. This change follows a series of sales transactions by Soul Patts between October 15, 2025, and December 12, 2025. Total proceeds from these sales amounted to AUD 2,341,757.85. The share sales included significant transactions on December 12, 2025, where 1,058,217 shares were sold for AUD 0.5767 each and 750,000 shares for AUD 0.540732 each.
