Orion Minerals Ltd (ASX:ORN) is set to issue 7,845,294 fully paid ordinary shares in lieu of cash for services provided, with an issue date of December 23, 2025. The shares are valued at a deemed issue price of AUD0.015 per share, resulting in an estimated AUD equivalent consideration of AUD117,679.00. These shares will rank equally with existing issued securities from their issue date.

The recipient of these shares is Webb Street Capital (Pty) Ltd, which provided professional services to Orion in South Africa related to a placement announced in September 2025.
