Atlas Arteria appoints new joint company secretary Daniel Krutik

Atlas Arteria has announced the appointment of Daniel Krutik as a joint company secretary, effective December 15, 2025. This appointment follows the resignation of Clayton McCormack as company secretary, effective December 12, 2025. Elisha Larkin will continue in her role as joint company secretary, ensuring continuity in the company's governance. Both Ms. Larkin and Mr. Krutik will be responsible for communication with the ASX, as per ASX Listing Rule 12.6.

Atlas Arteria operates a portfolio of toll road businesses across France, Germany, and the United States. In France, the company holds a 30.8% interest in a 2,424km motorway network. Its US operations include a 66.67% interest in the Chicago Skyway, a 12.5km toll road, and a 100% economic interest in the Dulles Greenway, a 22km toll road. In Germany, Atlas Arteria owns 100% of the Warnow Tunnel in Rostock.
