Vita Life Sciences Limited (VLS) announced an update on its daily buy-back notification, reporting the repurchase of 18,584 ordinary fully paid shares on December 11, 2025. Vita Life Sciences intends to buy back a maximum of 8,277,101 securities. As of the end of the previous day, 7,716,777 shares remain to be bought back under this program. Shaw and Partners is the broker facilitating the buy-back, which is being conducted for cash consideration. The current total number of ordinary fully paid shares on issue is 55,180,677.
