State Street increases stake in Origin Energy to 7.10%

On December 4, 2025, State Street Corporation and its subsidiaries adjusted their substantial holding in Origin Energy Limited. The present notice, dated December 8, 2025, shows a voting power of 7.10% for the class of ordinary securities, up from the previous 6.10% reported.

The total number of votes attached to all voting shares held by State Street and its associates now stands at 122,355,600, an increase from 105,098,625 votes previously. This change reflects numerous transactions, including both "collateral received" and "lend - for stock lend" activities by State Street Bank and Trust Company, alongside various "transfer in" and "transfer out" movements involving different State Street Global Advisors entities across multiple geographies.

Notable entities within the State Street group reporting relevant interests include State Street Global Advisors (Japan) Co., Ltd., State Street Global Advisors Asia Limited, State Street Global Advisors Europe Limited, SSGA Funds Management, Inc., and State Street Global Advisors Trust Company. These entities primarily hold power to control the exercise of voting rights and/or dispose of securities as investment manager or trustee.
